Very Frustrating

I’m on my third hosting company and still very unhappy with things.  While the initial transfer went through rather quickly for the third company, the fact that I’ve only been with them for a day and everything is DOWN is giving me a bit of a headache.  I’m to a point now where I really have no idea where to go.  As of right now I’m just trying to get my personal site in order, the clients aren’t going anywhere because their accounts are still up and running just fine, but it would be nice to get myself involved with a company that wasn’t down within 4 hours of my signing up with them.  There is literally one site on the account and it’s down so obviously it wasn’t me who overloaded things, considering it’s an account that gets literally no hits at all.

I’m really confused and I have no idea on where to go.  I thought this new company was going to be a good move but when you PING the IP and get nothing but “time out - time out - time out” responses (4 sent, 4 lost) it’s really not looking to good.  Thank god for 30 day money-back guarantees.
